Itzchak Tarkay (1935-2012) “Peaceful Moments – Nude Resting” (1999) - Artist’s Proof, hand signed limited edition (495 + AP’s) serigraph from the Israeli artist’s ‘Memories Retrospective Suite’. The image measures 8 x 12 inches, the sheet is 11 x 14 inches, and with double mat and frame, the expressionist work is 14.25 x 18.25 inches. Featured is an image of a classic nude woman reclining comfortably in a dream-like scene.

Tarkay was a painter inspired and influenced by the masters of French Impressionism and Post-Impressionism, particularly the color sophistication of Matisse and the drawing style of Toulouse-Lautrec. He created timeless compositions in intimate settings and cafes.
